Current Job Opening
Addiction Counsellor
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to clients struggling with cocaine addiction.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Required qualifications: Degree in counselling or related field, relevant licensure or certification.
Registered Nurse
- Administer medication and monitor clients’ physical health during detoxification and treatment.
- Conduct health assessments and collaborate with medical professionals to ensure optimal care.
- Educate clients and their families about addiction, treatment, and relapse prevention strategies.
- Provide crisis intervention and manage emergencies as necessary.
- Required qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, experience in addiction or mental health nursing preferred.
Case Manager
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate treatment services and referrals, both within the organization and with external agencies.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and ensure their access to appropriate resources.
- Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field, relevant experience in case management.
Support Staff
- Assist in the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, excellent organizational and communication skills.
